At Baker Chevrolet of Cadillac, we make sure that our employees have a great place to come to work every day. Our Culture

Here at the dealership we make sure to establish a culture that praises and uplifts our employees to create a positive environment and we do that by doing some of the following:

  • Monthly birthday celebrations for all our employees who have a birthday that month, complete with cake and a gift
  • Work anniversary celebrations and gifts
  • Staff luncheons provided every Friday
  • Holiday parties
  • Staying up to date with training and career development
  • Promoting from within to provide a career path

Employee of the Month

Each month, we make sure to recognize a team member at the dealership for their outstanding work. We have plenty of worthy employees, and being able to call out achievement is something we enjoy because it holds us all to a high standard so we can strive to provide the best customer care for you, and a workplace environment for us!
